To send a package abroad please indicate which service you require: economy, priority or courier. The Economy and Priority costs vary from country to country and are categorised by zone 1, 2 and 3. We recommend Priority Post, which takes 2-4 working days.

The decision to repair or exchange a product lies with ® & FREELAND ®. Wear and tear and abuse of products are excluded from repairs and guarantee. In case of any defects the buyer has to cover the cost of the initial inspection.
Deliveries can be made within Switzerland or abroad. Ordered goods will be dispatched with in a week. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you accordingly. In the case of a partial shipment within Switzerland, only shipment costs will be charged once.
Normally we send the invoice with the delivery payable on receipt of the goods. First time customers and customers with a P.O. address must pay cash in advance before delivery. Money back guarantee is valid only in Switzerland. You have the right to return the product within 10 days from the invoice date. Shipment costs are to be paid by the sender and will not be reimbursed. Used or damaged goods will not be accepted. This does not effect your consumer rights.

Continuous late payments will be charged interest at a rate of 10% p.a.
